How does it work?
You can order here at our web shop (click on SHOP) or call our customer service centre. Your delivery will arrive three days later and free of delivery costs if you purchase for just 40 €.

When is our customer service centre open?
You can mail us on customerservice@olivers-petfood.eu for friendly, expert advice about the right nutrition plan for your dog or cat or call us on +45 4364 13645 on any weekday between 8 am and 6 pm.

Who can buy from OLIVER'S?

Anyone! We deliver from 4 kg to any number of pallets.

Do I need to be at home? 

No. If you are out just leave a note to the UPS driver where to leave your order (Carport, garage, basement stairway etc.)

What if my dog or cat doesn’t like the flavour?
We fully guarantee the flavour as part of our TRIPLE GUARANTEE. If OLIVER’S doesn’t appeal to your dog or cat, we’ll collect the bag and you will receive a full refund. No questions asked!

How can I pay?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Alternatively you can choose to pay in advance to our bank account: SWIFT code: NYKBDKKK, IBAN-account: DK5554920007030155, Nykredit Bank, Kalvebod Brygge 1 - 3, DK-1780 København V. Please remember always to state your name details on the transfer so that we can see that the money is from you.

Discount?

We give good volume discounts to everyone on purchases of at least 4 or 12 bags of pet food. For example, if you buy 4 bags (any combination), you receive a 15% discount both on your pet food purchase and on other items ordered at the same time. Maybe an excuse for some extra tasty snacks?

If you buy 12 bags of pet food, you receive a full 25% discount. Order direct at the web shop where your discount will automatically be deducted!

Why should I use OLIVER’S?

My vet recommends something else/hasn’t heard of you?
You may find that your vet recommends something else because he or she doesn’t know OLIVER’S. OLIVER’S employs its own qualified vet, Group Veterinary Manager Linda Due Hansen. Linda participates in the development of our products and writes articles in PETLIFE, our complementary e-magazine. In addition she educates and advises OLIVER’S employees in nutrition, health/wellbeing and other relevant knowledge relating to dogs and cats.

If you have a question that our customer service centre can’t answer, we can always draw on the knowledge and experience of Linda who knows all about our products and the latest developments in nutrition for dogs and cats.
So please don’t hesitate to ask about nutrition for your dog or cat – we’ll do all we can to help you. We can also ask Linda to have a word directly with your vet to eliminate any doubt about the suitability of OLIVER’S for your dog or cat.
